Sept 11, 2005: Garfield Washington Fly-In.

Once more, the sanctity of the Garfield Washington Pork Meadows airfield is jeopardized by an aviator invasion. This years event (another James Love production) consisted of pig-on-a-stick, which was consumed with reckless abandon.

Sept 19, 2004: Garfield Washington Fly-In.

This event consisted of a deluge of aircraft on the pristine 'Pork Meadows' airstrip just northwest of Garfield, Washington. The spectable attracted many passersby who stopped in for a peek at the lineup of vintage aircraft as well as impromptu displays of aerial acrobatics. MANY kudos to James Love who arranged the event. We had many airplanes in attendance and the crew of these airplanes managed to consume one whole (dead) pig.
